Terence P. Brennan
Mr. Brennan practices complex business and personal litigation focusing on compliance and risk issues with particular interest in the areas of oil and gas, business and personal torts, and environmental, health and safety. Litigated areas include: environmental, pollution, product liability, personal injury, insurance bad faith, unfair competition, antitrust, deceptive trade practice, breach of contract and business defamation. Mr. Brennan acted as Defense Liaison Counsel and Chair of the Steering Committee in Superfund litigation involving the Compass Industries Superfund site in Tulsa. Mr. Brennan has also acted as an arbitrator in disputes between insurance companies involving property and casualty claims. Mr. Brennan received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Wisconsin in 1979 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin in 1982. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1982 and the Oklahoma Bar in 1983. Mr. Brennan’s legal publications include “E.P.A.
